Payment Info

Instructions for the payment will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after your paper is accepted.

Conference fee:

• Fee for authors – 50 EUR

Authors may submit a maximum of 3 papers. In case one author wants to submit 2 papers, registration fee is 75 EUR, whereas the registration fee of 100 EUR covers submission of 3 papers.

NOTE: Employees of the institutions that are the conference co-organizers have 30% discount on the registration fee for the publication of accepted papers in the Proceedings. Also, we do not charge extra fee for co-author(s).

Payment for registration can be done using PayPal or via Bank Transfer.

Regular registration fee includes:

• Participation in the virtual conference (full support and access to the conference system).
• One copy of the conference proceedings with ISBN number.
• Administration expenses.
• Editorial expenses.
• Post conference processing, archiving.

We will send you the proceedings after the conference (at the end of the October 2018).
